| I. | In accordance with the Administrative Contract for the Bureau's "2024 Teacher Counseling and Support Services". |
| II. | To promote the holistic growth and self-awareness of teachers in our city, and to provide opportunities for stress relief to achieve physical and mental well-being, the Bureau has commissioned National Taipei University of Education (Research Center for Psychological Counseling and Health Promotion) to organize 6 in-person workshops from April 20, 2024, to June 22, 2024. Teachers who are interested can visit the "Latest News" section of the Bureau's Teacher Counseling and Support Services website (http://ttsc.whjhs.tyc.edu.tw/category/news/) to view course information and complete the registration process by clicking the corresponding link as per the course description. |

The first quarter's mental health article, "A Discussion on Post-Traumatic Inner Psychological Operations through the Queen of Hearts," is now available online. You are welcome to read it on the aforementioned website. |
