Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Miaoli County Government dated March 25, 113 (2024), document number Fu-Jiao-Wu-Zi-1130062299.

2. The estimated surplus schools in Miaoli County for the 113 academic year (2024-2025) are Hegang Junior High School and Houlong Junior High School. If a teacher chooses a surplus school and becomes surplus, the "Guidelines for the Counseling and Transfer of Surplus Teachers in Miaoli County Public Elementary and Junior High Schools and Attached Kindergartens" will apply.

3. Indigenous focus schools must comply with Article 34 of the Indigenous Education Act. For elementary schools, the proportion of teachers with indigenous status should not be less than one-third of the school's teaching staff. For junior high and high schools, the proportion of teachers with indigenous status should not be less than 5% of the school's teaching staff. If a teacher without indigenous status transfers to the aforementioned schools and occupies a position designated for indigenous teachers, they will be surplus-transferred to other non-indigenous focus schools. The indigenous focus schools in Miaoli County are as follows: Nanzhuang Junior High School, Tai'an Junior High School (Elementary), Donghe Elementary School, Xiangbi Elementary School, Meiyuan Elementary School, Shilin Elementary School, Nanzhuang Elementary School, Penglai Elementary School, Yongxing Elementary School, Wen Shui Elementary School, Taixing Elementary School, Qing'an Elementary School, Danan Elementary School.

4. Teachers transferring to experimental education schools in Miaoli County should conduct their teaching operations in accordance with the schools' experimental education regulations. The experimental education schools for the 113 academic year (including those expected to be established) are as follows: Nanhe Elementary School, Taixing Elementary School, Xiangbi Elementary School, Longsheng Elementary School, Xinglong Elementary School, Qiaoyu Elementary School, Xinde Elementary School, Xinkai Elementary School.

5. Teachers who wish to participate in the inter-county transfer to Miaoli County are advised to carefully select their preferred schools.
