Announcement Compilation
In response to the adjustment of the 2-year fixed deposit floating interest rate by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chunghwa Post), the interest rate for the housing loan for civil servants of the Taoyuan City Government and the former township/town/city offices of Taoyuan County will be adjusted accordingly, as detailed in the explanation.

因應中華郵政股份有限公司（以下簡稱中華郵政）2年期定期儲金機動利率調整，桃園市政府及原桃園縣各鄉鎮市公所公教人員輔購住宅貸款利率配合調整如說明。
說明：
一、依內政部113年3月29日內授國住字第1130803183號函辦理，並附原函影本1份。
二、配合政府減輕民眾利息負擔政策，111年3月23日中華郵政2年期定儲機動利率提升0.25%，其中借款人負擔利率減碼0.125％係由政府補貼負擔；現上開定儲機動利率業自113年3月27日起由1.595%調整為1.72%，本次升息0.125%亦由政府同幅補貼，爰政府補貼利率合計共0.25%，並將持續補貼至115年7月31日為止；至借款人負擔利率仍維持現行1.512%。
