| II. | Digital/online gender-based violence is a component of gender-based violence. With the rapid development of digital technology, it is foreseeable that the types or forms of digital/online gender-based violence will become increasingly diverse in the future and will account for a considerable proportion of gender-based violence. Therefore, in order to effectively prevent digital/online gender-based violence, enhance students' understanding of related handling and response measures for digital/online gender-based violence issues, implement gender equality education, and promote substantive equality of gender status, this activity is organized. |
| III. | The theme, eligibility, registration, and submission methods for this activity are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Theme: Participants may refer to the "Definition, Types, and Content Explanation of Digital/Online Gender-Based Violence" issued by the Executive Yuan (download URL: https://reurl.cc/13D1MQ) to create short video works (for college/university and senior high/vocational groups) and poster art works (for junior high and elementary school groups) depicting 10 types of digital/online gender-based violence. |
| (2) | Eligibility: Graduating students should participate in the group corresponding to their current academic level in August 113 (e.g., a student currently in the sixth grade of elementary school who wishes to participate in the poster art competition must select the junior high school group). Each person is limited to one entry. |
| (3) | Registration and Submission Methods: |
| 1. | Categories of Works for Selection: Short videos (college/university and senior high/vocational groups), poster art (junior high and elementary school groups). |
| 2. | Registration and Submission Materials: Must include the competition registration form, affidavit, personal data usage authorization consent form, copyright authorization consent form, and physical work. |
| 3. | Submission Period: From Wednesday, May 1, 113, to Friday, June 28, 113, based on the postmark. |
| 4. | Mailing Address: Please send by registered mail to P.O. Box 964, Xinxing Post Office, 800900. Please mark "Ministry of Education Digital/Online Gender-Based Violence Prevention - Short Video and Poster Art Competition - Attn: Ms. Liu" on the envelope. |
