| I. | In accordance with the "Ministry of Education's Character Education Promotion Plan," and the official documents from Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (hereinafter referred to as Neili Junior High School) dated March 22, 113, Neiguo Xue Zi No. 1130002095, and April 11, 113, Neiguo Xue Zi No. 1130002620. |
| II. | The highlights of the aforementioned plan are as follows (please refer to the implementation plan for details): |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Junior High School Group: Students from all junior high schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 5 entries. However, schools with 60 or more classes may recommend up to 8 entries. |
| 2. | Upper Elementary School Group: Upper elementary grade students from all junior and elementary schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 5 entries. |
| 3. | Middle Elementary School Group: Middle elementary grade students from all junior and elementary schools in Taoyuan City. Each school may recommend up to 5 entries. |
| (2) | Submission Period: From August 30, 113, to September 16 of the same year. |
| (3) | Theme of Submissions: The theme is "Respect for Teachers." The style of the artwork is not limited and can depict the most respected teacher or school scenery, accompanied by a well-known quote about respecting teachers, written on the artwork. |
| (4) | Artwork Specifications: |
| 1. | Artwork Size: 60cm x 18cm. Horizontal or vertical orientation is acceptable. |
| 2. | Paper type is not limited, and drawing media are not restricted (oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, colored pencils, markers, pastels, etc., are all acceptable). However, the artwork must be flat and hand-drawn only. Computer-generated art will not be accepted. |
| 3. | A completed entry form (as attached) must be affixed to the back of the artwork. The entry form can be photocopied. |
| (5) | Submission Location: Academic Affairs Section, Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 108, Fuhua 1st St., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City 32069). |
| (6) | Awards: |
| 1. | Winning Students: There are three groups: Junior High School, Upper Elementary School, and Middle Elementary School. In each group, 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 10 honorable mentions will be selected and awarded with trophies (or certificates) and gift vouchers as encouragement. |
| (1) | First Prize: Awarded a trophy and a gift voucher of NT$1,200. |
| (2) | Second Prize: Awarded a certificate and a gift voucher of NT$800. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention: Awarded a certificate and a gift voucher of NT$300. |
| 2. | Supervising Teachers: |
| (1) | For students who win first prize: Awarded 2 commendations. |
| (2) | For students who win second prize: Awarded 1 commendation. |
| (3) | For students who win honorable mention: Awarded 1 certificate. |
| (4) | For supervising teachers of winning entries who are not public servants or teachers: Awarded 1 certificate. |
