To inform you about the Executive Yuan's publication of the "Memorandum for a New Generation of Civil Servants: Transitional Justice Education Handbook."

Details:
1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan Secretary-General's letter No. 1135007645 dated April 23, 113, with a copy of the original letter attached.

2. In accordance with the "National Transitional Justice Education Action Plan (2023-2026)" approved by the Executive Yuan on February 20, 112, civil servants and other specific professional personnel are key targets for promoting transitional justice education. The Executive Yuan provides the following reference information for agencies to conduct transitional justice education and training or to develop teaching materials and lesson plans:
(1) The electronic version of the handbook can be downloaded from the Executive Yuan's "Transitional Justice Promotion Meeting Website (URL: https://www.ey.gov.tw/tjb/)/Training, Promotion, and Research/Publications" for reference.
(2) The Executive Yuan's Department of Human Rights and Transitional Justice, in collaboration with the Civil Service College of the Directorate General of Personnel Administration, has produced a digital course titled "White Terror and Transitional Justice from a Gender Perspective." This course can be accessed on the "e-Training for Civil Servants+ Learning Platform/10-Hour Courses for Civil Servants/Transitional Justice Section" for related content.
