| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1132701736, dated April 23, 113. |
| II. | To address climate change and align with the global net-zero emissions goal, the Ministry of Education is promoting the "Campus Tree Information Platform" with its tree carbon sequestration calculation function. This initiative aims to assess the carbon sequestration status of trees on campus, enhance teachers' and students' understanding of the role of green plants in energy saving and carbon reduction, and promote tree appreciation. Therefore, the aforementioned activity is being organized. |
| III. | Details of the activity are as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: Environmental Education Guidance Group, school environmental education teachers, school tree maintenance personnel, planting personnel, or interested school colleagues. |
| (2) | Time: May 22, 113 (Wednesday), 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Registration starts at 12:00 PM (lunch provided). The workshop officially begins at 12:50 PM. |
| (3) | Location: National Hsinchu Senior High School, Resource Building, 2F Lecture Hall (No. 36, Xuefu Road, East District, Hsinchu City). |
| (4) | Registration Method: Online registration is open from now until 5:00 PM on May 15, 113 (Wednesday). Limited to 50 participants. Multiple participants from the same school can register, but if the limit is exceeded, the organizer will prioritize schools with the most participants and then by registration order. | (5) | Personnel participating in this activity will be granted official leave (or business leave) by their respective schools according to their authority. |
| IV. | Public servants, teachers, and environmental educators who complete the entire workshop will receive 3 hours of environmental education credit (including extension hours), teacher professional development hours, or public servant lifelong learning hours. If you require these credits, please indicate your need on the registration form and sign in/out at the event. |

| VI. | A total of 6 carbon sequestration enhancement workshops are planned for this year under the aforementioned project. This is the 4th session.
