1. In accordance with the Taipei City Government Department of Education's letter dated April 23, 113 (Taipei Education Middle No. 11330557071).

2. Applicants for the selection of new principals for vacant positions in Taipei City senior high schools are requested to carefully review the attached guidelines.

3. The application period for the new principal selection is scheduled for April 30, 113 (Tuesday), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants must complete the required application forms and submit them in person at Xisong Senior High School (Address: No. 7, Lane 325, Jiankang Road, Songshan District, Taipei City). Mail-in or proxy applications will not be accepted.

4. The format and content of the review documents for this year are as follows: Applicants should print double-sided on A4 paper in landscape orientation and prepare the following documents in order. Any documents that do not comply with the regulations must be corrected by 4:00 PM on the application day and delivered to the designated location as per the guidelines. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(1) Application form (each person may fill out a maximum of 2 schools), with a 1-inch color photograph attached.
(2) Oath of Nationality for Candidates for Principal Selection in Senior High Schools under the Taipei City Government Department of Education.
(3) School Management Plan: The text should be in 14-point font, with 24pt line spacing, and a maximum of 16 pages. The content should include:
1. Past performance: Problems solved and innovative approaches implemented at previous schools.
2. 4-Year Mid-term School Development Plan: Specific strategies for the school if appointed as principal, including educational philosophy, management strategies, action plans, and the 4-year mid-term school development plan for the selected school.
3. Responses to the development needs and issues raised by teachers and parents of the school.
(4) Please provide one copy of the electronic files (including editable files and scanned files with signatures) on a CD or USB drive for items (1), (2), and (3) above. Please collate the documents by the applying school into a booklet, with a total of 2 copies (original and duplicate).
(5) Supplementary supporting materials and attachments should be limited to 30 pages, with 2 copies collated into a booklet (including items (5) to (8)).
(6) Qualification certificates (including National ID card, academic and professional certificates, original and duplicate copies of the last 4 years' performance review notices). [Original documents will be returned after verification]
(7) Certificates of expertise or special achievements.
(8) Relevant publications.
(9) Performance and supporting evidence of school management.
(10) For those applying for the new principal selection, their School Management Plan will be posted on the Taipei City Government Department of Education website for reference by school teachers, parents, and selection committee members.
