| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association dated April 29, 113 (2024), document number 113015. |
| II. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: June 1 to June 2, 113 (2024) (Saturday to Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity locations: Jiudou Village Farm (No. 205, Wugu Rd., Xinwu Dist., Taoyuan City), Yong'an Conch Cultural Experience Park (No. 85, Xingang Rd., Xinwu Dist., Taoyuan City), Xinwu Agricultural Expo Environmental Education Park (No. 888, Sec. 2, Dongxing Rd., Xinwu Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| (3) | Registration deadline: From now until May 17, 113 (2024) (Friday). |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire event will be granted 16 hours of training credit. |
| III. | Staff and supervising teachers during the activity period, on the principle of self-managing their own affairs and not receiving substitute teacher hourly fees, shall be granted official leave (business trip) registration by their respective schools. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be granted within 2 years based on actual attendance. |
