| II. | Camp Objectives: To cultivate students interested in developing careers in the "Finance and Business Administration" fields by equipping them with six core competencies early on: problem analysis, interpersonal communication, critical thinking and decision-making, teamwork, innovation and creativity, and planning and execution. Through interactive learning, experiential activities, sharing and feedback, and guided discussions, the camp aims to help students explore their strengths and achieve adaptive development by simulating real-world business scenarios. |
