| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau, No. 1130039644 dated May 3, 113. |
| II. | To protect the youth of our city from the harms of tobacco and reduce their usage rate, the City Government Health Bureau has produced two health education promotional short films. We hope to enhance the youth's awareness of tobacco hazards through animated scenarios and to help students understand the relevant regulations of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention and Control Act. |
| III. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is as follows: |

| (3) | Raffle information: |
| 1. | Each person is limited to one entry. If duplicate entries or the use of another person's name to participate in the activity are discovered, the winner will be disqualified. |
| 2. | Number of prizes: FamilyMart gift certificates (200 NTD for 25 winners). |
| 3. | It is scheduled for July 19, 113 (Friday) that the list of winners will be generated by a random computer system from the data of eligible participants. The list of winners will be announced on the "Taoyuan City Smoke-Free Network" (https://nosmoking.tycg.gov.tw/) under the latest news section, without further notification or consent from the participants. |
