The Taoyuan City Government is organizing the 113th Retirement Care Course, "Strategic Planning, Decisive Retirement." Public officials are welcome to participate. Those who are eligible and interested should register with the Human Resources Office by May 27, 113.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Taoyuan City Government's 113th Retirement Care Course Plan, "Strategic Planning, Decisive Retirement."

2. To assist current employees who meet retirement requirements in planning their post-retirement life and to provide proactive information about retirement lectures, thereby fostering a warm and responsive HR service, the Taoyuan City Government has established the aforementioned plan for 113 to organize this course activity. The details are as follows:
(1) Session 1: "Retirement Rights and Regulations: I Know Best" Course:
1. Time: June 3, 113 (Monday), 1:00 PM to 4:20 PM.
2. Location: Taoyuan City Government, 13th Floor, Civil Service Human Resources Training Center (13F, No. 1, Xiansheng Rd., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City).
3. Participants and Number: Current civil servants of the Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies (schools) who meet the retirement application conditions. 90 participants.
4. Course Content: Lectures on basic concepts of the Civil Service Retirement, Resignation, and Severance Act and the Civil Servant and Teacher Insurance Act, to facilitate proper retirement planning.
5. Lecturer: Appointed lecturer from the Ministry of Personnel.
(2) Session 2: Post-Retirement Financial Risk Management Course, plus Handicraft Experience and Ecological Tour Activities
1. Time: June 21, 113 (Friday), 8:50 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Location: Spring Farm (No. 272, Changshou Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City).
3. Participants and Number: Current civil servants of the Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies (schools) who meet the retirement application conditions. Priority will be given to those who "expressed retirement intention in 113 or 114" and "have not participated in the Taoyuan City Government Retirement Care Course from 110 to 112." 42 participants.
4. Morning session: "Post-Retirement Financial Risk Management" course, covering common scam tactics, how to avoid scams, and safe investment concepts, lectured by Mr. Chen Shih-yuan.
5. Afternoon session: Volunteer service promotion, handicraft experience, and ecological tour activities. The content includes sharing retirement life and volunteer experience with retired volunteers, as well as handicraft activities (Turkish mosaic lamps and ecological tours), with lectures by retired volunteer handicraft instructor Mr. Chiang Yu-hsiang and tour guide Mr. Huang Jung-chang from the Taoyuan City Government.
(3) Registration Method:
1. From now until May 30, 113 (Thursday), registration will be handled by the human resources unit of the participating personnel's service agency (school). The registration path is Taoyuan City Government Civil Service Cloud / Education and Training Management System / Select '113 Retirement Care "Strategic Planning, Decisive Retirement" Course Session 1 (or Session 2)'. Registration closes when full.
2. The Taoyuan City Government Department of Personnel will notify selected participants via email one week before the course. Additionally, the human resources unit of the service agency (school) for participants in the second session is requested to assist with subsequent training matters (e.g., insurance information, meals, etc.).
(4) Other: Participants will be granted official leave for attendance. Full attendance will be credited with lifelong learning hours for civil servants based on course hours. In line with environmental protection policies, participants are requested to bring their own reusable cups.
