| 2. | Information regarding the subject matter is as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Instructors must possess a certificate from the relevant training courses offered by the Center. |
| 2. | Applying schools may also recruit teachers with relevant certificates to teach at the math camp, facilitating cross-school collaboration. |
| 3. | Those who have not yet completed the training can submit a training proposal plan, but must complete the training and obtain the certificate before the application deadline. |
| (2) | Application Period: Monday, May 13, 2024, to Friday, June 14, 2024, 5:00 PM (Due to limited funding, the application period may end early or be extended based on registration status). |
| (3) | Application Method: |
| 1. | All applications must be submitted online. Application URL: https://teach.cloud.ncnu.edu.tw/ (Ministry of Education Elementary and Secondary Education Administration Curriculum and Instruction Plan Reporting System). |
| 2. | Teachers should log in with their Cloud Education account, register, and then click on "Fun Math Camp Project." Applications and information should be submitted separately for the lower elementary grades (3rd and 4th grade), upper elementary grades (5th and 6th grade), or junior high school group. |
| 3. | After completing the information, print the project proposal. Once signed by the applicant and the principal, scan and upload it to the reporting system by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 14, 2024. Click submit to complete the application. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| (4) | Following the review of applications, the list of approved participants is expected to be announced on the Center's website on Monday, June 24, 2024 (the announcement date may be adjusted based on the review schedule). |
| (5) | Activity Guidelines: |
| 1. | Activity Period: Monday, July 1, 2024, to Thursday, August 29, 2024. |
| 2. | Content: Based on the foundational math module courses corresponding to the certificates obtained from the Center (module lesson plans can be downloaded from the Center's website download section: https://www.ime.ntnu.edu.tw/index.php/product-ground/). |
| 3. | Application Groups: Lower elementary grades, upper elementary grades, or junior high school group (please apply separately for each group). |
| 4. | Number of Sessions: Each module counts as one session. Each school must offer at least 2 sessions (in multiples of 2), with a maximum of 24 sessions per school. |
