| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department of Education") dated May 6, 113, No. 1135501421. |
| 2. | The key points of the aforementioned program are summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: In-service teachers (including teachers on leave for 3 months or more, hereinafter referred to as "teachers") within the public and private elementary and junior high schools (including the junior high or elementary school departments of senior high schools) under the jurisdiction of this Bureau. |
| (2) | The program subsidizes the registration fees for the certification examinations as follows. Teachers who have paid the registration fee, completed the certification examination, and have not missed any session or committed any violation will be granted a subsidy. |
| 1. | The 2nd session of the 112 academic year and the 1st session of the 113 academic year Hokkien language proficiency certification examinations organized by the Ministry of Education. Only the B or C papers are eligible for the exam. Each teacher will be subsidized NT$250 per examination. |
| 2. | The 2nd session of the 112 academic year and the 1st session of the 113 academic year Hakka language proficiency certification examinations (intermediate and advanced levels) organized by the Hakka Affairs Council. Each teacher will be subsidized NT$250 per examination. |
| 3. | The Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 General Hokkien Certification examinations organized by National Cheng Kung University. Only those who choose to take the exam using the "Ministry of Education's Taiwanese Hokkien Romanization System" are eligible. Each teacher will be subsidized NT$2,800 per examination. |
| (3) | Application Principles: |
| 1. | Teachers who participate in the certification examinations designated for subsidy under this program and have not missed any session or committed any violation may apply for registration fee subsidy. |
| 2. | Teachers who have completed the certification test should submit proof of attendance, such as an admission ticket with an attendance stamp or a score report, to their teaching school for application. The school will then consolidate the applications and send them to this Bureau by the deadline. |
| (4) | Application Method and Deadline: Please consolidate and review the application materials by your school before Friday, June 7, 113. Calculate the total amount of subsidy requested, fill out the subsidy application roster (applicant must sign) and the financial statement, have them stamped, and send them to this Bureau. After approval by the Department of Education, the subsidy funds will be disbursed. |
| (5) | Notes: |
| 1. | Please fill out the financial application form (original of the financial statement and application roster, one copy each) accurately, have it stamped (the principal must affix their official seal), and attach supporting documents (photocopies of admission tickets or score reports). After verification, send (deliver) them to this Bureau for application. |
| 2. | For photocopies of admission tickets or score reports for Hakka and Hokkien language proficiency certification tests, please affix a "Conforms to Original" stamp and the seal of the person in charge. |
| 3. | The original supporting documents (admission tickets or score reports) should be verified and retained by the school, and should cooperate with subsequent inspection operations. |
| 4. | If the subsidy application is found to be false and verified as such, the subsidized funds will be recovered, and relevant regulations will be followed. |
