Explanation:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Ocean Affairs Council dated May 27, 113 (2024), Ref: Hai Ke Jiao Zi No. 1130005725.
II. To enable teachers in high schools (vocational) and below to understand current marine development trends and integrate marine education into their schools, the Ocean Affairs Council aims to cultivate teachers' marine thinking and promote ocean development through the aforementioned training camp.
III. The aforementioned training camp will commence on July 10th of this year (113). Information has been posted on the official website of the Ocean Affairs Council (https://www.oac.gov.tw/), and online registration is open.
IV. The details of the training camp are summarized below (further details are in the attachment):
(1) Activity Sessions: A total of 15 sessions (3 sessions each in North, Central, South, and East Taiwan, and 1 session each in Kinmen, Matsu, and Penghu). Each session is 3 days and 2 nights, with a maximum of 25 participants (this activity is free of charge).
(2) Registration Method: Online registration (https://sites.google.com/quanmu.com.tw/113-marine-course).
(3) Registration Period: Until 5:00 PM on June 14, 113 (Friday). Each session has a limit of 25 participants. Each person should register for one region and one session in principle. If the number of applicants for a session reaches 50, registration will close early.
(4) When registering online, please upload electronic copies of your teacher's certificate (or letter of appointment, service certificate, or other proof of employment) and your ID card for review.
(5) For each region, applicants with earlier registration numbers will be reviewed first. If the required documents are incomplete or missing, the application will be directly disqualified. The Ocean Affairs Council may open a second phase of registration depending on the application situation.
(6) Those who meet the eligibility criteria after review will be listed as qualified participants. The first 25 applicants based on registration order will be the primary selected participants and will be notified individually via email.
(7) If a primary selected participant is found to be ineligible, fails to submit the required registration documents as per regulations, or has other significant circumstances, the Ocean Affairs Council may revoke their admission qualification and notify the reserve participants for that session to fill the vacancy.
(8) Upon check-in, you must bring the original teacher's certificate (or letter of appointment, service certificate, or other proof of employment) and the original ID card for qualification verification and identity confirmation.
