| 1. | In accordance with the bureau's letter of May 16, 2024, No. 1130043539, Taoyuan Education and Sports Letter. |
| 2. | The period for the aforementioned plan is from June 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024. |
| 3. | Implementation Method and Activity Content: |
| (1) | Schools willing to participate are welcome to apply. Visiting schools should schedule their visit dates with the Taoyuan City Disaster Prevention Education Hall. The visit duration is generally half a day, with one hour for guided tours and one hour for experiential activities. The hall is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Participating students will receive small disaster prevention promotional stationery. |
| (2) | Subsidy Funds: Each school will be subsidized NT$7,000 per session. Each school can apply for a maximum of two subsidy sessions. The subsidized funds can be used for expenses such as transportation, student insurance (insurance roster must be attached), and meal expenses (within NT$100 per meal). A total of 50 sessions are expected to be subsidized on a first-come, first-served basis. Any remaining costs not covered by the subsidy will be borne by the school. |
| (3) | Application Method: Please complete the application information at the designated website (https://forms.gle/gB8GGgnBGiJ6K3B37) within the application period. Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. |
| (4) | Schools that receive subsidies must submit the activity results (Attachment 1), the detailed expenditure statement for each school (Attachment 2), and original receipts (in the school's format) to the Counseling Office of Yangmei Junior High School, Taoyuan City (No. 1, School Front Rd., Yangmei Dist., Taoyuan City 326) within two weeks after the activity concludes. Please mark "Disaster Prevention Education Hall Visit Plan" on the envelope. |
