Forwarding the notice from the Food and Agriculture Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding the "2024 (National) High School Teacher Grain Food Education Demonstration Course Workshop" brochure organized by the Taiwan Grain Industry Development Association.

Description:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated May 31, 113 (2024), Ref. No. 1130061640.
II. To promote campus food and agriculture education, the aforementioned association has organized this training event on domestic grains for junior high school teachers. The aim is for teachers to integrate this into their school curriculum to enhance students' understanding of domestic grains. Through the curriculum, teachers will be trained to creatively design unique lesson plans and collectively foster a food and agriculture education environment.
III. The details of the event are as follows:
(1) Registration Method: Please refer to the registration brochure.
(2) Registration Period: From now until July 15, 113 (2024), 12:00 PM.
(3) Eligibility: Junior high school home economics teachers.
(4) Training Period: August 5 to August 7, 113 (2024), from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, for a total of 3 days.
(5) Training Location: Yushou Building, 3rd Floor Classroom and Workshop, The Flour Industry Research Institute (No. 225, Section 3, Zhongshan Road, Bali District, New Taipei City).
(6) Training Content: Primarily focuses on the recognition, application, and tasting of domestic grains. After completing the training, participants will be required to develop and conduct a food and agriculture themed lesson plan. Those whose lesson plans are approved will receive a teaching plan development fee of NT$3,000. Teachers or school representatives who receive outstanding awards will be recognized at the "Grain Excellence Award" ceremony in 113 (2024).
