| 2. | The association has established this scholarship to assist needy students attending elementary and junior high schools, to inspire their pursuit of knowledge, help diligent students successfully complete their studies, actively promote social fairness and justice, and achieve the educational goal of enabling everyone to utilize their talents. Applications for the 113th year scholarship are open from now until July 12 (Friday). Those who meet the criteria should prepare the relevant application documents and mail them via registered post to the association for processing. The postmark will be the basis for acceptance. |
