| Explanation: |
| 1. | In accordance with the "Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Compulsory Education and Special Education Guidance Groups and Centers". |
| 2. | Application Period: From now until June 27, 113. Each person is limited to applying for one course/field/issue sub-group and cannot apply for multiple sub-groups. |
| 3. | The selection of counselors is summarized as follows (details in the attachment): |
| (1) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Current full-time qualified teachers in public elementary and junior high schools in this city, with at least 3 years of actual teaching experience, excellent service record, and possessing specific achievements or supporting documents. |
| 2. | Not subject to any of the circumstances outlined in Article 31 and Article 33 of the "Regulations on the Employment of Educational Personnel" and Article 14 of the "Teachers Act", and have not received a performance evaluation below the fourth category in the past three years. |
| (2) | Selection Process: |
| 1. | Continuing Counselors: Principals of the conveners of each sub-group may recommend outstanding continuing counselors for reappointment. Counselors should submit the application form and a letter of consent from their service school to the Bureau for selection processing. |
| 2. | New Counselors: The Bureau will conduct a qualification review. Applicants whose submitted materials pass the review will be notified to attend an interview (time and location will be announced separately based on the number of applicants). The evaluation will consist of a written document review (40%) and an interview (60%), with a total score of 100 points. If the total score is below 80 points, the number of selected candidates may be less than the quota. Candidates who meet the standard will generally be selected based on their ranking. If total scores are tied, the written review score and the sub-group's professional needs will be compared in order, with the higher score taking priority. |
| 4. | Please mail the relevant application forms for this matter via registered mail to: "15th Floor, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 330206, Attn: Junior High Education Section, Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau". Please also note "Application for Taoyuan City Compulsory Education Local Guidance Group Counselor" on the blank space of the envelope. The postmark will be the basis for timeliness, and late submissions will not be accepted. |
