Taoyuan City 113th Year Junior High Special Education Resource Center's Implementation Plan for the "Prevention and Intervention Strategies for Emotional and Behavioral Problems for Regular Class Teachers" Workshop in Compulsory Education Stage
I. Basis: Taoyuan City Junior High Special Education Resource Center Work Plan
II. Objectives:
1. To promote the implementation of positive behavior support in schools within the city and to carry out primary prevention work for emotional and behavioral problems.
2. To enhance the professional knowledge of regular class teachers in the city regarding the management of emotional and behavioral problems.
3. To assist regular class teachers in preparing for various situations involving emotional and behavioral problems of special education students.
III. Organizing Unit: Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau
IV. Co-organizing Unit: Taoyuan Municipal Longgang Junior High School, Junior High Special Education Resource Center
V. Participants: 80 people per session.
1. Priority will be given to newly appointed regular class homeroom teachers of students with autism or emotional and behavioral disorders in public and private compulsory education stage schools (high schools, junior high schools, complete high schools, and elementary schools) in Taoyuan City.
2. Regular class teachers, counselors, and relevant personnel in public and private compulsory education stage schools (high schools, junior high schools, complete high schools, and elementary schools) in Taoyuan City who are interested in the workshop topic.
3. Special education teachers in public and private compulsory education stage schools (high schools, junior high schools, complete high schools, and elementary schools) in Taoyuan City.
VI. Workshop Dates and Times:
Session 1 (Elementary School Session): July 31, 113 (Wednesday) 9:00-16:10
Session 2 (Junior High and High School Session): August 9, 113 (Friday) 9:00-16:10
VII. Workshop Location: Library, 2nd Floor, Building 3, Taoyuan Municipal Longgang Junior High School (No. 147, Longdong Rd., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City)
