| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated June 26, 113 (2024), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1130074965. |
| II. | The Cardiac Children's Foundation of the Republic of China has established the "Scholarship for Children with Heart Disease Regulations" to assist children with heart disease in receiving appropriate medical care and education, and to enhance their moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic abilities. The relevant regulations are detailed in the attachment. |
