We kindly request your assistance in promoting this event and encouraging students to visit the "Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park" during their summer vacation. | Explanation: |
| 1. | This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated June 27, 113 (2024), Ref: TAI-CHIAO-TSUNG (SIX) No. 1130066469. |
| 2. | The Indigenous Peoples Cultural Development Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") is organizing the aforementioned event in accordance with Article 43 of the "Indigenous Peoples Education Act." The event includes cultural experience activities, traditional houses, music and dance performances, and art exhibitions, with the goal of promoting students' understanding and respect for indigenous peoples. Event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Date: July 1 to August 31, 113 (2024) (Closed on Mondays). |
| (2) | Location: Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park (Address: No. 104, Fengjing Road, Beiye Village, Majia Township, Pingtung County). |
| (3) | Event Content: |
| 1. | Upon entry, students will receive a "Kivangavang Tour Card" (students can purchase discounted tickets with their student ID). |
| 2. | Complete designated tasks within the park using the "Kivangavang Tour Card," including participating in one "Cultural Experience" and attending one "Music and Dance Performance" or "Art Exhibition." |
| 3. | Like and follow the park's Facebook fan page, and share your experience and photos on the event post (https://www.facebook.com/tacp.tw) to redeem a souvenir at the visitor service center. |
| 3. | Please assist in promoting and encouraging students to visit the park during their summer vacation. The Center suggests the following promotional methods for your reference: |
| (1) | Display event posters on electronic billboards. |
| (2) | Use scrolling text on LED displays. Suggested copy is as follows: |
| 1. | "How to Play This Summer 2024 - Kivangavang Cultural Tour! Visit the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, complete designated tasks, and receive a gift!" |
| 2. | "Kick off an exciting summer 2024! Explore indigenous culture at the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, complete tasks, and get gifts!" |
| 3. | "The coolest way to spend your summer! Visit the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, complete challenges, and receive exquisite gifts!" |
| (3) | Assist in disseminating event information through school websites, social media platforms, or communication groups. |
| 4. | In addition, in conjunction with summer holidays, the Center will host a series of events: "Park Opens Kivangavang Cultural Tour" on August 1, 113 (2024) for "Indigenous Peoples' Day," "Mamangan tu bunun - The Brave" on August 8 for "Father's Day," and "Artistic Fusion - Sweetness in My Heart" on August 10 for "Valentine's Day." Please refer to the event plan for detailed information. |
| 5. | For information on the park's introduction, operating hours, ticketing, and transportation, please refer to the Center's website (https://www.tacp.gov.tw). For group visits, please apply for guided tours online at least 10 days prior to your visit (https://www.tacp.gov.tw/CulturalPark/GApplication). Each guided tour is limited to 20 to 90 people, and student group tickets require a minimum of 30 people. |
