| 1. | Based on the letter from the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau dated June 28, 113, with reference number Chang Wen Xi Zi No. 1130007662. |
| 2. | The syllabus for the aforementioned competition is briefly summarized as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: National elementary and junior high school students. |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Nanguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Nanguan Ensemble Instrumental Group, Beiguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Beiguan Ensemble Instrumental Group. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: Please register through your school by September 10, 113 (postmark date as proof). |
| (4) | Preliminary Round Date: September 14, 113. |
| (5) | Final Round Date: October 20, 113. |
| (6) | Competition Venue: Performance Hall, Nanguan and Beiguan Music and Opera Museum. |
| (7) | Awards: For each elementary and junior high school group, awards will be given for first place (special excellence) and excellence, with one group each. For the good class, one to three groups will be selected based on merit. The highest prize money is NT$12,000, with a total prize pool of NT$204,000. |
