Explanation:
1. In accordance with the letter from the National Civil Service Association of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Service Association), dated July 1, 2024, with reference number 1131001701, and with one copy of the original letter and attachments enclosed.

2. This insurance project is undertaken by the Civil Service Association through Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Prudential Life), and the coverage details for "Accidental Injury Medical," "Hospitalization Daily Benefit Health Insurance," and "New Cancer Medical Daily Benefit Insurance" are scheduled to be adjusted effective August 1, 2024.

3. To protect policyholders' rights and interests, the Civil Service Association has announced the information regarding the changes in insurance coverage on its official website. Additionally, Prudential Life's appointed promotional and service unit for this insurance project (Jinglian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Jinglian Insurance Brokers) will notify all policyholders.

4. If any policyholder of this insurance project wishes to cancel their policy, please directly contact the sales representative at Jinglian Insurance Brokers and submit the cancellation application form to Prudential Life by July 15, 2024. If cancellation is not processed by the aforementioned deadline and a deduction is made, the cancellation application form must be submitted to Prudential Life for a refund no later than September 15, 2024.
