Please be informed that the Ministry of Health and Welfare's 2024 curriculum for creating age-friendly dietary environments, both basic and advanced, is attached. Please help disseminate the event information and encourage eligible individuals or personnel from relevant departments to participate.

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai-Jiao-She (II) No. 1130073576 dated July 18, 113. |
| II. | To promote understanding and create a senior-friendly dietary environment, the Health Promotion Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has commissioned the Food Industry Research and Development Institute to organize the aforementioned course. The course is titled "Senior-Friendly Dietary Services and Texture-Modified Diet Course." It is divided into four categories based on basic and advanced levels, as summarized below and detailed in the attached brochure: |
| (1) | Basic Courses: Divided into Concept, Practical, and Professional Personnel classes. |
| 1. | The target audience for the Concept (online digital course) and Practical (in-person course) sessions includes the general public who are interested in participating, especially chefs, food service operators, community center staff, professionals in the aging industry, and students and faculty in food, nutrition, and culinary-related fields. |
| 2. | Professional Personnel Class: This is an in-person course. The eligibility and priority for admission are as follows. The Health Promotion Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare reserves the right to select participants: |
| (1) | Personnel from local governments related to the business. |
| (2) | Lecturers from university departments of food, nutrition, and culinary arts. |
| (3) | Other dietitians and chefs. |
| (2) | Advanced Courses: These are train-the-trainer classes, conducted in person, and are limited to those who obtained the "Senior-Friendly Dietary Environment Creation - Professional Personnel" training certificate in 112. |
