Details:
1. The Taoyuan City Government is organizing this event to enhance the physical and mental health of employees, promote a spirit of sportsmanship, and foster teamwork.

2. The details of this championship are as follows:
(1) Competition Schedule: September 14, 2024 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
(2) Venue: Taoyuan City Gymnasium.
(3) Team Formation and Eligibility:
1. Civil Servants Group:
(1) Teams can be formed by the first-level agencies (including subordinate agencies), district offices (including the Fuxing District Representative Assembly), public institutions, Taoyuan City Government Retiree Association, Taoyuan City Council, and Taoyuan City Audit Office. Teams will be divided into male and female categories, with 1 to 2 teams per category. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Commission, Youth Affairs Department, and Women and Children Development Agency may form joint teams or participate in a city government combined team (composed of the General Administration Department, Information Office, Secretariat, Personnel Department, Budget, Accounting and Statistics Department, and Government Ethics Office).
(2) Participating players are limited to currently employed personnel within the establishment, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, survey assistants, security guards, contract employees, job substitutes, and monthly contracted personnel. Substitute service personnel are not included. For retirees, participation is limited to retired civil servants and teachers from agencies (schools) under the Taoyuan City Government.
2. Teachers and Staff Group:
(1) Each district office will form one male and one female team for teachers and staff from the municipal schools within its jurisdiction. Participating players are limited to currently employed teachers, staff, technicians, workers, contract employees, job substitutes, and monthly contracted personnel within the school's establishment. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are not included.
(2) Full-time staff from municipal schools may choose to participate in either the Civil Servants Group of the district office where their school is located or the Teachers and Staff Group, but they cannot participate in both. Additionally, teachers and staff from municipal kindergartens will join the Education Bureau's team and participate in the Civil Servants Group.

3. The expenses for participating teams will be borne by their respective agencies (expenses for the Teachers and Staff Group will be covered by the district offices from the budget for 'District-level Universal Sports Games').

5. The working meeting and team leader meeting for this championship will be held on August 21, 2024 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of the Taoyuan City Government.
