Explanation:
1. In order to continue to provide colleagues with high-quality childcare services and diverse choices, Taoyuan City Government has signed preferential cooperation agreements with 89 childcare service institutions (originally 90, one of which, Dikai'er Kindergarten, will expire and not renew on September 4th of the same year). Currently, 5 additional childcare service institutions have been added for colleagues to refer to and utilize.

2. The relevant matters of this plan are as follows:
(1) Eligible individuals and methods for preferential treatment:
1. The preferential treatment is for civil servants and employees of various agencies and schools under Taoyuan City Government, including civil servants, technicians, workers, drivers, contract employees, and appointed personnel, as well as staff of enterprises and public institutions and administrative legal persons under Taoyuan City Government.
2. Preferential treatment can be enjoyed by presenting employee cards, identification cards, or proof of employment.
(2) This plan only provides preferential information for eligible individuals to refer to and utilize freely. Taoyuan City Government does not handle any money or receive any financial feedback. In case of consumption disputes or litigation, the eligible individual shall handle it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law or the Civil Code. Taoyuan City Government will not intervene in the performance of rights and obligations between the parties and the childcare service institution.
(3) This plan is for a 2-year period, starting from the date of issuance of this letter until the expiration of the 2-year contract period. When the cooperation relationship is terminated or the childcare service institution ceases operations, it will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of Taoyuan City Government.
(4) Contracted childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be inquired about on the employee welfare section of the website of the Personnel Department of Taoyuan City Government.
