| Details: |
| I. | This is in accordance with the resolution of the 11th Board of Directors and Supervisors Joint Meeting, 9th session (94th Foundation Meeting) held on July 9, 113, and the foundation's "Regulations for Accepting Donations and Issuing Scholarships" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations"). |
| II. | Please inform students who meet the application criteria for the foundation's 113th academic year scholarship to download and complete the application forms from the aforementioned website (for those applying for scholarships from the Gratitude Social Welfare Foundation, please use their dedicated form). Attach relevant supporting documents and submit them to the school. Graduating or transferring students should apply to their graduating or transferring-out school. |
| III. | Please review the applications objectively and fairly. For scholarship programs at "designated schools," please select the top students. For "non-designated schools," please select the top three students in accordance with the Regulations. The foundation will disqualify applications from schools that recommend more than the allowed number of students, so please be mindful to avoid affecting students' rights. |
| IV. | In addition to checking the "School Preliminary Review" column on the proposed recommendation application form, signing, and affixing the school's seal, along with supporting documents, and submitting them to the foundation by the aforementioned deadline, please also email the consolidated list of applicants in electronic format (do not change the columns or format) to dsfmoe@mail.moe.gov.tw (please indicate "Application List - [University Name]" in the email subject). |
| V. | The foundation will not send separate confirmation letters after receiving the applications. The list of awardees will be announced on the foundation's website and communicated to the schools of the awardees. |
| VI. | The scholarship programs and quotas are determined by donation amounts and interest income, and are not fixed each year. Please recommend students prudently and do not make any promises in advance. |
| VII. | Each student may apply for a maximum of 2 scholarships and will be awarded a maximum of 1. Students who have already received scholarships with similar eligibility criteria under other regulations may not reapply for the foundation's scholarships. Students receiving public funding (military funding) and those in executive programs are also not eligible to apply. |
