| Subject: | Our office will be holding a "Creative Picnic Fun and Tax Promotion Carnival" at New Taipei Metropolitan Park on August 24, 2024 (Saturday) from 4 PM to 6 PM. The event flyer is attached for your reference. We kindly request your agency to assist in promoting this event by displaying it in public spaces, on your official website, Line, Facebook fan page, or other promotional channels, encouraging the public and your colleagues to participate. | 1. | The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | The event includes a creative picnic, an online quiz with prize giveaways, exciting stage performances, booth games with stamp collection, and a Facebook picnic photo sharing event. There will also be fun games and classic snacks available for redemption. The event offers a rich array of prizes, with up to 138 grand prizes! |
| (2) | Creative Picnic: Register for the picnic by donating 5 cloud invoices on our event webpage by 5 PM on August 21 (Wednesday). Participants will receive a pack of Kleenex toilet paper (6 rolls per pack). Limited to the first 500 sets, while supplies last. |
| (3) | Online Quiz with Prize Giveaways: Complete the online quiz by 5 PM on August 24 (Saturday) for a chance to win prizes such as a 40-inch LCD TV, an electric oven, a quick boil kettle, NT$1,000 in New Taipei currency, Tao-Yuan restaurant vouchers, Tasty steakhouse vouchers, phone dust covers, and more. |
| (4) | Exciting Stage Performances: Including vibrant street dance, magic ventriloquism, band performances, and fun balloon and giant ball shows. |
| (5) | Booth Games with Stamp Collection for Raffle: Collect stamps from 4 booths on-site to enter a raffle for prizes such as a flagship smart sensor vacuum cleaner, a microwave oven, a 14-inch smart inverter DC fan, a multi-cooker, a double-cup drip coffee maker, and an Annie Rabbit cleaning gift set. |
| (6) | Facebook Picnic Photo Sharing: From August 23 (Friday) to August 29 (Thursday) at 5 PM, upload your picnic photos to the designated post on our Facebook fan page and complete the required tasks. Participants have a chance to win a NT$100 Whole Mart gift certificate. The top 5 participants with the most likes and comments will receive a NT$1,000 Whole Mart gift certificate. |
| (7) | Additionally, there will be practical promotional items available for redemption by donating cloud invoices, along with fun games and classic snacks. |
