Attached is the poster and explanatory materials for the "See Dementia-Friendly" online lucky draw event organized by our bureau's Health Bureau.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau, No. 11300766612, dated August 16, 113. |
| II. | To encourage citizens to recognize and prevent dementia, understand how to assist people with dementia in the community, and learn about dementia-friendly organizations in the community, the Bureau is organizing the "See Dementia-Friendly" online lucky draw event. |
| III. | By connecting medical units, community hubs, and dementia-friendly organizations in the city to jointly post posters during the event period, citizens are encouraged to learn about dementia-friendly information by uploading photos of themselves with the posters. The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Period: From September 1, 113, to October 15, 113. |
| (2) | Event Rules: During the event period, upload a photo with the city's "Dementia-Friendly Recall" or "Friendly Dementia Together in Life" posters to a Facebook post, leave a comment stating the photo location and dementia-friendly organization information, and answer either "Ways to Assist Dementia-Friendly" or "3 Ways to Prevent Dementia," and share it by tagging 2 friends to enter the lucky draw. |
| (3) | Lucky Draw Details: The Bureau will select 200 winners from photo comments that meet the rule steps, and each winner will receive LINE POINTS equivalent to NT$200. |
