| II. | Sustainable development literacy and digital environmental education are essential attitudes and knowledge for modern citizens. The "Tzu Chi Environmental Protection and Disaster Prevention Warriors Training Program" has been recognized by county and city governments and schools at all levels for three years, with over 200,000 participants from 6 countries and regions globally. County-level Environmental Protection and Disaster Prevention Warriors PK competitions have been held in 21 counties and cities across Taiwan, showcasing fruitful environmental education achievements. |
| III. | To continue cultivating young students with global citizen literacy, the foundation is dedicated to organizing the aforementioned activity. To ensure the competition is professional, fair, and representative, the "Environmental Education" question bank for this program has been developed in consultation with Professor Yeh Hsin-Cheng from the Graduate Institute of Sustainable Management and Environmental Education at National Taiwan Normal University, the National Fire Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, the Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture. |
