| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1130011876 from the Taoyuan City Government Sports Bureau dated August 28, 113. |
| II. | The project period is from September 1, 113, to January 20, 114. The registration period is from September 1, 113, to September 30, 113. The target participants are elementary school students in the upper grades, junior high, and vocational high school students in this city whose Body Mass Index (BMI) is ≧85th percentile (overweight or above), and participants' relatives, friends, or teachers whose Body Mass Index (BMI) is ≧24 (overweight or above). The activities are divided into a Health Group (individual participation) and a Competition Group (teams of 3, or 2 people allowed), with incentive mechanisms to encourage participation. |
| III. | We request your school's assistance with the following matters: |
| (1) | Disseminate information about this project, announce event details within the school, widely invite students to register for the activities, and promote relevant health education information. |
| (2) | Students and teachers will have priority for body measurements at school. Please assist with pre- and post-activity measurements for participants, stamp the "Paper Measurement Form," and enter the measurement results on the event website. |
| (3) | Print parental consent forms and paper measurement certificates and distribute them to students. |
| IV. | Related event information can be found on the official website of "Taoyuan Super Active - Rou Rou Tao Walks" (ty-bodyrun.com.tw). |
| V. | Attached are 1 copy each of the parental consent form, student and relative/friend/teacher measurement form, school website account credentials, measurement unit backend operation instructions, website user manual (continuously updated), and poster (paper posters will be mailed to schools separately).
