During the Mid-Autumn Festival, all administrative staff of this school are reminded to comply with the Civil Servant Integrity and Ethics Regulations and to properly record any integrity and ethics-related incidents.

Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government's Office of Integrity and Ethics, dated September 9, 113 (2024), Ref: Fu Zheng Yu Zi No. 1130250724.

2. All administrative staff of this school are requested to pay attention to and comply with the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations"), such as:
(1) Gifts from individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest related to their duties should be refused or returned, unless they fall under the exceptions listed in Article 4 of the Regulations. The matter should be reported to a superior and the Office of Integrity and Ethics should be notified.
(2) Attendance at social events involving dining and entertainment with individuals who have a conflict of interest related to their duties is prohibited, unless they fall under the exceptions listed in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations. In exceptional circumstances, such as official duties, ceremonial occasions, or public events for traditional festivals, attendance is permitted only after reporting to a superior and notifying the Office of Integrity and Ethics in accordance with Article 10.
(3) For matters involving requests or recommendations, Article 11 of the Regulations should be implemented by reporting to a superior and notifying the Office of Integrity and Ethics to maintain public trust in the impartial execution of duties by civil servants.

3. All administrative staff of this school are encouraged to actively utilize learning resources such as the "e-Learning Platform for Public Servants" (https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php) provided by the Civil Service Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, to study relevant courses on integrity and ethics.

4. Attached are one copy each of the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" and the "Integrity and Ethics Incident Registration Form" (as attachments).
