To inform you that Taiwan's first cross-media audio-visual platform exclusively for children and adolescents, "PTS XS", has launched diverse, age-appropriate new programs for children and youth. We invite teachers and students to watch together.

| I. | Public Television Service (PTS) launched "PTS XS," a dedicated video platform for Taiwanese children and adolescents, in August. This timely initiative addresses the needs of the internet-native generation of children and adolescents. Simultaneously, through multiple channels including the PTS+ "Little PTS" section, YouTube, "Little PTS" social media, and the existing channel services, it offers high-quality children's and adolescent programs that align with contemporary media consumption patterns, respect children's autonomy, and are both entertaining, educational, and companionable (see Attachment 1). | II. | "Little PTS PTS XS" launched on August 20th with several new age-specific programs for children and adolescents. Programs are planned and produced for different age groups, including preschoolers, school-aged children, and teenagers, aiming to be the best companion for different generations of young people, exploring the infinite world together with children. In August, "Must-Watch Recommended Programs for Upper Elementary School Students" were released: 1. The children's sitcom "The Grocery Store of Nothing," hailed as the children's version of "Friends" and the first-place audience choice at the Taipei Film Festival. 2. The newly produced reality science program for children and adolescents, "Salty Fish Squad," which equips teenagers with disaster response skills through hands-on experience (see Attachment 2). |
| III. | To inspire cognitive development and the foundation of social-emotional skills in preschoolers, "Little PTS" also launched several new "Preschool Recommended Programs": 1. "The TCUP Show" follows TCUP from the future and his space friend Noodle on an adventure to learn about numbers, time, and shapes through English songs and dances, while also learning to face and manage their emotions through physical movement. 2. The preschool creative play and movement program "Jungle Jam" leads children on a physical and mental adventure through fun activities and musical theater, helping them improve coordination, observation, and creativity (see Attachment 3). |
| IV. | Note: "Little PTS PTS XS" officially launched on August 20th. Viewers can watch programs on digital terrestrial television channels and cable TV systems, or go online to platforms such as "PTS+," "Little PTS YouTube," and through the "PTS+ APP" on mobile phones and tablets to watch high-quality children's and adolescent programs anytime, anywhere. |
