| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan for the "Menstrual Education and Gender Equality Education" Painting Competition for the 113th academic year of this city. |
| II. | This case aims to enhance the concepts, attitudes, and skills of menstrual education and gender equality education among teachers and students throughout the city through academic competitions, and to cultivate the core competencies of menstrual education and gender equality education for teachers and students in the city, in order to eliminate gender discrimination and create a caring and friendly campus atmosphere. |
| III. | Information related to this case is as follows: |
| (1) | Groups: Elementary School Middle Grades Group, Elementary School Upper Grades Group, Junior High School Group, and Senior High School Vocational Group. |
| (2) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Prize (1 winner per group, 4 winners in total): Certificate of Award and gift certificate worth NT$1,200. |
| 2. | Second Prize (2 winners per group, 8 winners in total): Certificate of Award and gift certificate worth NT$1,000. |
| 3. | Third Prize (3 winners per group, 12 winners in total): Certificate of Award and gift certificate worth NT$800. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (5 winners per group, 20 winners in total): Certificate of Award and gift certificate worth NT$500. |
| (3) | Awards for Instructors: In accordance with the "Appendix II, Awards for Cultural and Educational Activities and Competition Activities" - Award Standards for Guiding Various Cultural and Educational Competition Activities, as amended on July 20, 110, in the "Regulations on Rewards and Punishments for Teachers and Staff of Municipal Schools and Kindergartens in this City," the first prize will receive 2 commendations, the second prize 1 commendation, the third prize a certificate of award, and honorable mention a certificate of award. For the same competition item, instructors will not receive duplicate awards. |
| (4) | Submission Period: From October 7, 113 (Monday) to November 11, 113 (Monday) (postmark as proof). |
| (5) | Exhibition of Works: Award-winning works will be exhibited at the Health Promotion School Achievement Exhibition and other related activities organized by the Ministry of Education. |
| IV. | For those interested in participating, please affix the registration form to the lower right corner of the back of the artwork by November 11, 113 (Monday). Submit the original signed copyright transfer consent form along with the artwork in person or by mail to the Counseling Office of Xiayun Elementary School, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 151, Lane 6, Xiayun Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, 33643) within the submission period. Please indicate "Menstrual Education and Gender Equality Education Painting Competition" on the envelope. |
