Primary and Secondary School International Education Achievement Sharing and International Symposium

| Subject: | Regarding the "International Education Achievement Sharing and International Conference for Primary and Secondary Schools" organized by National Chung Cheng University (hereinafter referred to as CCU) commissioned by the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department), please encourage teachers from your school to actively register and participate. Please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Department's letter No. 1135702661 dated September 13, 113. |
| II. | To enhance the professional knowledge and skills in international exchange for primary and secondary schools, the Department has commissioned CCU to organize the aforementioned conference, aiming to promote and connect with international education through dialogue and experience sharing among educators. |
| III. | Conference information is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: Wednesday, October 30, 113 to Thursday, October 31. |
| (2) | Location: International Banquet Hall (Rooms 1 & 2), Kaohsiung Lotus Pond International Convention Center. |
| (3) | Participants: Primarily education practitioners, as well as scholars and experts researching international education in primary and secondary schools, and other domestic and international scholars, graduate students, NGOs, and county/city government personnel interested in this topic. |
| (4) | Registration Deadline: Please complete the registration information by filling out the online form (https://forms.gle/r42pV1DpnvVkrzYF7) from now until October 6, 113. |
| IV. | This Bureau agrees to grant registered attendees official (business) leave and arrange for substitute teaching. Any resulting teaching vacancies may be filled by hiring substitute teachers in accordance with regulations, and substitute teaching hourly wages may be paid from the "Personnel Expenses - Employment and Part-time Personnel Salaries - Part-time Personnel Remuneration" item within the 113th fiscal year school budget of this Bureau's Local Education Development Fund. If there are insufficient funds, this Bureau will also handle the subsidy accordingly. |
