| I. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association Educational Scholarship by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau." |
| II. | Eligibility: Students enrolled in primary, secondary, or high schools in this city who meet one of the following conditions may apply for this scholarship: |
| (1) | Students requiring emergency assistance due to accidental injuries or illnesses. |
| (2) | Students requiring assistance due to the loss of their sole caregiver. |
| (3) | Students requiring assistance due to financial hardship. |
| III. | Application Method: Eligible students should submit the application form and other relevant documents to their school. |
| IV. | After initial review, please mail the relevant documents by registered mail (postmark as proof) to Director Yang Weizheng, Dazhu Elementary School (No. 556, Dazhu Road, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City 33847, please write "Sunshine Scholarship" on the envelope) before October 31, 113. Late or individual applications will not be accepted. |
| V. | This scholarship is offered annually. If there are urgent or special reasons preventing application within the specified period, a temporary application may be submitted to Dazhu Elementary School. |
| VI. | For any questions regarding this matter, please contact Director Yang Weizheng at the attached continuing education school of Dazhu Elementary School at 03-3232917 ext. 223 or 220. |
| VII. | According to the aforementioned guidelines, the beneficiaries are students enrolled in primary, secondary, or high schools in this city who meet the eligibility criteria. Schools are requested to assess the student's specific needs for their studies or daily life based on their circumstances, and to apply for expenses that are either for the student's educational savings account or are difficult for the bureau to cover. Please specify the student's concrete needs (e.g., items and amounts) in the "Teacher's Comments" section of the application form to ensure the scholarship is used for the student's benefit. |
| VIII. | Schools wishing to apply are requested to first review the implementation plan, inform eligible students to submit applications, and conduct thorough internal reviews to ensure the scholarship serves its intended purpose. |
| IX. | Attached are the "Implementation Guidelines for the Taiwan Sunshine Care Association Educational Scholarship by the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau," application form, consent form for personal data protection, self-assessment checklist, and implementation plan, each in one copy. |
