Processing Period:

I. Class Preliminary Selection: Each class may recommend up to one student per category. Please submit the electronic file of the recommended student's outstanding deeds (as attached) to October 18(Friday) by 23:59, and confirm with the Counseling Office during working hours after submission.tyjh0401@gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw, and confirm with the Counseling Office during working hours after submission.

II. School Re-selection: Re-selection will be conducted by October 23.

III. City-wide Final Selection: By October 25, recommend one 3Q Master for each category to represent the school in the city-wide final selection.

Method of Processing:

I. Selection Target and Conditions

        This event is divided into three categories for selection: EQ, MQ, and AQ 3Q Master story selection. Students who demonstrate these qualities and are worthy of recognition, each class may recommend up to one student per categoryto participate. The selection targets and conditions are as follows:

1. EQ (Emotional Quotient) Emotional Intelligence Master: Possesses good emotional management skills, motivates oneself to persevere through setbacks, is empathetic, has good communication and interpersonal skills, overcomes difficulties, influences others with positivity, and has concrete evidence.

2. MQ ( Moral Quotient ) Moral Intelligence Master: Possesses good character, politeness, consideration, respect, forgiveness, loyalty, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and other good virtues, and has practiced them with concrete evidence.

3. AQ (Adversity Quotient) Adversity Intelligence Master: Possesses good resilience to frustration, can face adversity with flexibility, is positive and optimistic, accepts challenging difficulties, uses creativity to find solutions, is persistent, perseveres through setbacks, and has demonstrated excellence with concrete evidence.

II. Class Preliminary Selection Method: Students in each class will recommend or nominate suitable candidates, and after a class vote, recommend up to one person per category to participate in the school re-selection.

III. School Re-selection Method: The principal and directors of each department will conduct the selection. From the recommended candidates in each category, the top three in each category will be voted for, and these students will represent our school in the city-wide 3Q Master story selection event's final selection.

Awards (on the principle of no duplicate awards): :

I. Class Preliminary Selection Award: Commendation once.

II. School Re-selection Award: Top three receive commendations twice.

III. City-wide Final Selection Award:

1. Certificate of Award: Awarded students and their homeroom teachers will receive one certificate. Students and their homeroom teacherswill be awarded one certificate each. Must attend the award ceremony and experience sharing session at Zhongzhen Elementary School (date to be determined).public award ceremony and experience sharing (date to be determined).

2. Cash Prize: First place: NT$1800 gift certificate. Second place: NT$1500 gift certificate. Third place: NT$1000 gift certificate.

Notes:

1. The outstanding deeds form for recommended studentsshould be typed in Chinese using MS-Word software (content as on the next page), with A4 portrait orientation, margins set to 2cm top/bottom and 2cm left/right. The text should be in 14pt KaiTi font, with full-width punctuation. Line spacing should be set to a fixed height of 22ptpt, handwritten submissions will not be accepted. 2. Please describe outstanding deeds that meet the selection criteria within the last three years, using self-narration or recommendations from teachers/elders. The description should be detailed and limited to 2,000 characters.
3. The form can be downloaded from the school bulletin board or requested by emailing the address below (please include class, seat number, and name in your email). Also, attach an electronic file of the recommended student's photo, by October 18 (Friday) 23:59, please send it directly to tyjh0401@gm.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw.
4. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
