Faculty and staff of this school who are interested in serving as invigilators for the 113th Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants and the 114th Civil Service Examination for Junior Civil Servants in the Taoyuan examination area are requested to obtain approval from their unit supervisor and submit the application form (as attached) to the Personnel Office by October 23, 113.

Notes:
I. The time and examination areas for the above two examinations are as follows:
(I) Special Examination for Local Government Civil Servants (hereinafter referred to as the Local Special Examination): The Level 3 examination is scheduled to be held from December 7 to 9, 113 (a total of 3 days), and the Level 4 examination is scheduled to be held from December 7 to 8 of the same month (a total of 2 days). The examination areas will be Zhongli Commercial Vocational High School and Yongfeng Senior High School in this city.
(II) Civil Service Examination for Junior Civil Servants: Scheduled to be held on January 4, 114 (1 day). The examination area is tentatively set as Taoyuan Senior High School in this city.

II. In accordance with the Regulations for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators, please recommend civil servants from your department to serve as chief invigilators or invigilators, and fill out the Invigilator Recommendation Form accordingly. Related matters are as follows:
When filling out the form, you must select the examination area and examination level you wish to participate in. Once selected by the Taoyuan City Government, you must participate in all examination-related work. (Invigilators for the Level 3 Local Special Examination must attend from December 7 to 9, 113; invigilators for the Level 4 examination must attend from December 7 to 8, 113; invigilators for the Junior Civil Servant Examination must attend on January 4, 114).

III. Personnel recommended by various agencies and schools must still be reviewed by the Taoyuan City Government in accordance with the Regulations for the Selection and Appointment of Invigilators. Those who meet the selection criteria will be notified of their appointment in writing. If the number of available invigilators is insufficient, priority will be given to those who hold a national examination invigilator identification card or have prior national examination invigilation experience. Personnel appointed to participate in examination-related work will be granted official leave during the invigilation period and will be paid a daily invigilation fee. No make-up leave will be granted.
