| 1. | In accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council's letter dated October 17, 113 (2024), reference number 1136600682. |
| 2. | To encourage young people aged 18 to 20 to visit Hakka villages, experience Hakka culture and language, and gradually build a Hakka language environment, the "Let's Go Hakka Villages" short video contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") is being held. It invites young people to travel to 70 key Hakka cultural development areas and produce short videos. Those whose submissions are approved will receive a reward (a total of 6,000 slots available), aiming to boost tourism in Hakka villages. |
| 3. | The Contest encourages Taiwanese youth aged 18 to 20 (born between January 1, 93 (2004) and December 31, 95 (2006), and holding a Republic of China ID card) to travel to Hakka cultural development areas outside their registered township/town/city/district and experience Hakka culture. Those who upload their videos and get approved by February 28 of next year (114/2025) will receive a reward of NT$2,500 (all amounts in New Taiwan Dollars hereinafter). |
| 4. | Furthermore, to revitalize tourism in Hakka villages affected by the earthquake and typhoon in Hualien, eligible youth whose registered household address is not in Hualien County and who travel to the key Hakka cultural development areas in Hualien County (Fenglin Township, Yuli Township, Ji'an Township, Ruisui Township, Fuli Township, Shoufeng Township, Hualien City, Guangfu Township) before December 15, 113 (2024), and who upload their videos and get approved, will receive an additional NT$4,000 reward. This offer is limited to 2,000 slots. |
