★ Precautions:

1.The interval between the COVID-19 JN.1 vaccine and the previous dose of COVID-19 vaccine must be at least 12 weeks (84 days).

It is also recommended to wait at least 3 months (84 days) after confirmed infection before vaccination to prolong vaccine protection.

2.You must bring your National Health Insurance card on the vaccination day!!( No need to bring the COVID-19 yellow card)

3.Please complete the online consent form signingbefore you can be vaccinated.

( For those to be vaccinated at school, parentsfrom 10/25 to 11/5 12:00will be open for online consent signing. )

3.If not vaccinated at school, parents can take students to a contracted COVID-19 vaccination clinic for vaccination.
