| I. | According to the Administrative Contract for the "113 Academic Year Teacher Counseling and Support Services". |
| II. | To enhance the holistic growth and self-awareness of teachers in our city, and to provide opportunities for stress relief to achieve physical and mental well-being, National Taipei University of Education (Center for Psychological Counseling and Health Promotion Research) will offer 2 additional online workshops for teachers on November 11 and December 10, 113. Teachers who are interested can visit the "Latest News" section of the Bureau's Teacher Counseling and Support Services website (https://reurl.cc/LlORjK) to view course information and complete the registration process by following the instructions on the corresponding website. |

| IV. | Additionally, to help teachers in our city enhance their understanding and maintenance of mental health, a mental health article will be published each quarter starting from the 113 academic year. The third quarter's mental health article, "Interpersonal Boundaries in Workplace Skits," is now available. You are welcome to read it on the aforementioned website. |
