113Year Influenza Vaccine Catch-up Vaccination Notice

1.10/24Students who were absent from school for influenza vaccination due to various reasons, the health center uniformly issued catch-up vaccination notices to each class on 10/29. If parents did not receive it or the notice is lost, please have the student go to the health center to print a replacement. If there was no intention to get the flu vaccine in the first place, parents do not need to respond to this notice. Thank you.
