| I. | In accordance with the letter from the 4-H Association of the Republic of China dated October 21, 113 (2024), Ref: Zhong Jian Xie Zi No. 1130100133. |
| II. | The event will be held from November 25 to November 27, 113 (2024) in Yilan County. The participation fee is NT$3,500, which will be collected on-site from selected participants. |
| III. | Registration is open from now until November 8, 113 (2024). Registration is online at https://4-h.me/whsnd. The event has a capacity of 25 people and registration will close early once full. |
| IV. | For event details, please refer to the "Benchmark Training Camp" brochure or visit our association's website at www.fourh.org.tw. A training certificate (16 hours) will be awarded upon completion of the event. |
