| I. | In accordance with the "Taoyuan City Scout Association Letter No. 113 Tao Tong Li Zi No. 113061" dated October 30, 113. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity Time: |
| 1. | First Session: December 7 to December 8, 113 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| 2. | Second Session: December 14 to December 15, 113 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (2) | Activity Location: Shimen Camp. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until November 26, 113 (Tuesday). |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire program will be granted 12 hours of training credit. |
| III. | Staff and participants are granted official (business) leave for the duration of the event, with the understanding that they will cover their own teaching responsibilities and will not receive substitute teacher fees. If the event falls on a weekend, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years based on actual attendance. |
