To inform you about the National Civil Service Academy's "113th Year Recommended Civil Servant Promotion to Simplified Official Rank Training Outstanding Trainee Overseas Study Achievement Presentation" event.

To inform you about the "113th Academic Year Senior Civil Servants Promotion to Senior Executive Training Outstanding Trainees Overseas Study Results Presentation" organized by the National Civil Service Academy.

Details:
1. In accordance with the National Civil Service Academy's (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) official letter dated November 7, 113 (2024), No. 11306601372, a copy of the original letter (including attachments) is attached.

2. The Academy selected outstanding trainees from the senior civil servant promotion to senior executive training programs over the past four academic years for an study tour to the Federal Public Service Policy & Support (BOSA) in Belgium, where they completed reports on their respective study topics. To broaden the learning impact, the aforementioned results presentation will be held. Relevant information is as follows:
(1) Time: Friday, December 13, 113 (2024), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM.
(2) Location: Elite Lecture Hall, 1st Floor, Administration Building, National Civil Service Academy.
(3) Capacity: A total of 80 participants.
(4) Thematic Presentations:
1. Session 1 - Environmental Issues: The presentation topics are "Comparison of New Energy Policies in Belgium and Taiwan" and "Exploration of Carbon Neutrality Policies in Belgium and Taiwan - Taking Plastic Reduction, Recycling, and Reuse as Examples."
2. Session 2 - Sustainability Issues: The presentation topics are "Discussion on the Handling of Food Safety Incidents in Belgium and Taiwan" and "Inspiration for Taiwan from Antwerp Port's Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Belgium."

3. Registration Notes:
(1) Registration Method: Register directly on the National Civil Service Academy's official website (https://www.nacs.gov.tw) from November 7, 113 (2024) to November 24, 113 (2024). The system will stop accepting registrations once the capacity is reached.
(2) To avoid disrupting departmental operations, please obtain approval from your agency head or unit supervisor according to your agency's internal procedures before registering, and apply for official leave.
(3) Registration Results: The list of participants will be announced on the aforementioned website before the end of the workday on December 2, 113 (2024). No separate notification will be issued.
