The Criminal Investigation Bureau of the National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior, has identified it as falling under Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 1, second part of the "Regulations Governing Guns, Ammunition, Knives, and Swords" as "other firearms capable of firing metal or bullets that possess lethal capabilities." Sellers or buyers found to be selling or purchasing this product shall be prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations Governing Guns, Ammunition, Knives, and Swords."
