113Influenza Vaccine Catch-up Vaccination Notice and Lucky Draw Activity for Vaccination Organized by Taoyuan City Government Department of Health

1.Influenza Vaccine:Our school distributed catch-up vaccination notices for students who did not receive the influenza vaccine at school on October 28th.If you have lost your child's influenza vaccine catch-up notice, please come to the health center to apply for a replacement notice before December 31st!!Parents, please bring:

Student's influenza vaccine catch-up notice and student's health insurance cardto a contracted medical institution for influenza vaccination.。

2.COVID-19 JN.1 Vaccine:11For students who did not receive the COVID-19 JN.1 vaccine at school on November 15th,students who need to be vaccinated, please bring your child to a contracted medical institution or community vaccination station to receive the COVID-19 vaccine (若需施打請家長帶學生至合約醫療院所或社區接種站施打新冠疫苗(Student's health insurance card is required for COVID-19 JN.1 vaccination).

3. The Taoyuan City Government Department of Health is promoting the "Taoyuan Vaccination Lucky Draw" activity to enhance the immune protection of the vaccination population. The key points of the activity are summarized as follows:

((1) Eligible participants: Residents of Taoyuan City who receive the public influenza vaccine or COVID-19 JN.1 vaccine at contracted institutions or community vaccination stations in the city.

((2) Activity rules: Those who receive the public influenza vaccine or COVID-19 JN.1 vaccine between October 1, 113, and December 31, 113 (inclusive) will receive one lucky draw entry. Those who receive both vaccines will receive two entries.

((3) Lucky draw method:

(1)(1) Weekly draw: Starting from November 25, 113, 30 winners will be drawn each week to receive 2 Wang Steak meal vouchers or 4 COZZI steak meal vouchers, for a total of 6 weeks and 180 prizes.

(2)(2) Grand prize draw: Participants will be divided into 5 groups based on vaccine type and age. Each group will have prizes from 1st to 4th, totaling 15 prizes and 75 winners.
