| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated November 20, 113 (2024), Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1130136224. |
| II. | To encourage students in senior high schools and junior high schools to bravely express their love for their elders, the Mandarin Daily News Foundation and the Rotary Club of Taipei Huaan are jointly organizing the 11th "I Have Something to Say/Draw to My Elders" Illustration and Text Contest. |
| III. | The details of the aforementioned contest are as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Currently enrolled students in public and private junior high schools, senior high schools, and vocational high schools. |
| (2) | Categories: Junior High School Group and Senior High (Vocational) School Group. |
| (3) | Format: Illustration and text creation, presented on A4 size paper, any paper type is acceptable. Various media can be used (colored pencils, watercolors, crayons, etc.), with hand-drawing recommended. Text should be clear and easy to read, with distinct and aesthetically pleasing strokes. The proportion of illustration to text should be harmonious, and the text should not exceed 200 characters. |
| (4) | Submission Deadline: Submissions are accepted from now until March 10, 114 (2025) (Monday). |
