| 1. | In accordance with the letter from our city government, Social Affairs Department, dated November 25, 113 (2024), Ref. No. 1130333725. |
| 2. | The aforementioned event is scheduled to take place from February 7 (Friday) to February 23 (Sunday), 114 (2025), at the plaza in front of the Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station and the surrounding areas of MRT A19 Station (including Rakuten Baseball Stadium, Asia Silicon Valley IoT Exhibition Hall outdoor space, the former Taiwan Hakka Expo transportation hub, and Qingtang Park). Our bureau is responsible for the Competition Lantern Zone (A18 Main Lantern Area). |
| 3. | Volunteer service shifts are as follows: |
| (1) | Morning shift: 10:00 to 14:00 (4 hours). |
| (2) | Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 18:00 (4 hours). |
| (3) | Evening shift: 18:00 to 22:00 (4 hours). |
| 4. | Volunteer recruitment for this event will be conducted through "online registration." The recruitment period is from October 18 (Friday), 113 (2024), to December 31 (Tuesday), 113 (2024). The event registration method is as follows: |
| (1) | Group registration: Please log in to the backend of the "Taoyuan City Volunteer Service Integrated Information Platform" (hereinafter referred to as Taoyuan Volunteer Network) (https://gov.tw/76C) using your organization's account – Large Event Recruitment System – Group Volunteer Registration – 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival Volunteer Recruitment (Our bureau is responsible for the Competition Lantern Zone (A18 Main Lantern Area) – Page 3). Each volunteer is expected to support at least 6 shifts as a general principle. |
| (2) | Individual registration: Please log in to the frontend of the Taoyuan Volunteer Network (https://vsty.tycg.gov.tw/) using your volunteer account – I Want to Be a Volunteer – Large Event Recruitment – 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival Volunteer Recruitment (If using for the first time, please register first) to complete registration and shift scheduling. |
